处理原理(Processing principle)

      酸性酸雾废气不断由风管引入洗涤塔,经过填料层,废气与氢氧化钠吸收液进行气液两相充分接触与吸收,发生中和反应;再经除雾层除雾,处理的达标气体经后由风机排入大气;吸收液在塔底经水泵增压后在由塔顶喷淋而下,再回流至塔底,实现循环使用

          Acid acid mist exhaust gas is continuously introduced into the washing tower by the air pipe, and passes through the packing layer. The exhaust gas and sodium hydroxide absorption liquid are fully contacted and absorbed by the gas-liquid two phases, and neutralization reaction occurs; then, the defogging layer is defogged, and the treated gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan; the absorption liquid is sprayed from the top of the tower after being pressurized by the water pump at the bottom of the tower, and then flows back to the bottom of the tower to realize recycling.

 

适用废气(Applicable exhaust gas)

     酸排系统:处理酸性气体如HCl、Cl2、H2SO4、氟化物、磷酸、乙酸、硝酸、氮氧化物等。 

      碱排系统:处理碱性气体如氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙、氨等。

    Acid discharge system: treat acid gases such as HCl, Cl2, H2SO4, fluoride, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, nitrogen oxide, etc. Alkali discharge system: treats alkaline gases such as potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, ammonia, etc.  

 

应用领域

      酸碱废气处理系统广泛应用于半导体、化工、电子、冶金、电镀、纺织、食品、机械制造等行业过程中排放的酸、碱性废气。

 Acid-base waste gas treatment system is widely used in semiconductor, chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, textile, food, machinery manufacturing and other industries.
